Beau has his undergraduate from the University of Florida in marketing, which is a great, great tool to have when you’re in our business. He has a master’s degree from the University of Florida in real estate and also has a CCIM designation. Beau started his career working for Trammell Crow Residential where he showed multifamily properties to people. Then he moved to work with a developer and the developer did some multifamily, office, retail and industrial and he learned how it all works. But then after a while, he decided that his passion was with multifamily, so he moved into the multifamily exclusively and he ended up purchasing a franchise from Coldwell Banker. He’s definitely an expert and then he took his expertise and he actually developed a book and he wrote a book called Multifamily Investors Who Dominate and now he owns a company called Beau Beery Multifamily Advisors.
