December 4, 2015 – It has been a great month for the multifamily division. Earlier in the month, Vice President Danny Lee closed 3 back to back deals within 10 days of each other totaling $4.18 million in sold transactions. Lee represented the sellers for the Country Club Apartments, Hayden Apartments, and Sierra West Apartments in the transactions. Lee’s strong client network presented great opportunity because Lee also represented the buyers in two of the above transactions as well. November ended with another $1.4 million dollars in closings and December isn’t slowing down either. With new listings in order, Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix will be closing out the year with a bang.
Justin Horwitz and Jonathan Levy have sold 3,936 square-feet to Travis Jack with Markey Holdings, LLC in Phoenix for $380,500.00. The property is located at 4105 N. 11th Avenue in Phoenix. The seller, Aaron James, with Office building 950, LLC was represented by Sperry Van Ness, LLC. Cameron Bykman with Security Title Agency handled the transaction for the sale.
Shari A. Tucker-Gasser has leased 1,972 square-feet for a general dentistry business at 4206 E. Chandler Blvd. in Phoenix. The landlord, Mountain Park Square was represented by Sperry Van Ness and the buyer was represented by Arcadia Management in Scottsdale.
Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger (Ridberg) has leased 3,712 square-feet at 8322 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale. The tenants have leased 3 suites at McDowell Village. The landlord, SPK Investments, LLC. were represented by Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix and the tenant was represented by MEB Commercial Management.
Rommie Mojahed and Mary Nollenberger (Ridberg) has leased a 2,100 square-feet freestanding building at Mesa Del Sol in Yuma. The tenant, Frank Hulme DDS with Fortuna Dental Care, LLC has leased the building from the landlords, Tammy Steward and Mark Benach with AT Pancrazi RE Services, Inc. Sperry Van Ness, LLC. represented the tenant.
Beau Flahart has leased 900 square-feet at Continental Plaza to Kenneth Shaw with Next Wave Tattoos and Piercings. The property is located at 855 W. University Dr. in Mesa. Flahart with Sperry Van Ness, LLC in Phoenix represented the landlord, California Asset Portfolio, Inc. in the 5-year lease transaction.
