OFFICE LEASES:
Arizona Health Advantage signed a 4,482 SF lease at 2423 W Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix. Justin Horwitz represented the tenant in the transaction.

Justin Horwitz represented Ideal Physical Therapy to lease 2,206 SF of office space at Anasazi Plaza in Phoenix.

RETAIL LEASES:

Saffron Indian Cuisine leased 1,830 SF at the Union Hills Shopping Center in Glendale. Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed represented the tenant in the transaction.

Michael Franks represented Miracle Ear to lease 1,400 SF at the Fry’s Marketplace at 1863 N. Stapley Drive in Mesa.

Youth American Dance Academy leased 2,800 SF at Gilbert Fiesta II, a neighborhood center located at 195 E. Williams Field Road in Gilbert. Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the landlord.

Trilogy Psychology signed a 2,265 SF five year lease at PierPont in Mesa. Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the buyer.

Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed represented the landlord at Lakeview Village at Morrison Ranch in Gilbert to lease 3,510 SF to a veterinarian tenant.

Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the landlord at 2950 S. Alma School Road in Mesa, known as Nello’s Plaza, to lease 978 SF to The Lab Tattoo and Body Piercing.

A bicycle retailer leased 3,644 SF at Union Hills Square in Glendale. Rommie Mojahed and Mary Ridberg represented the landlord in the transaction.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed represented the seller at 8th Avenue Shops in Mesa to sell a .98 acre pad with a 6,138 SF building to Leann’s Incorporated.

The Greens of Litchfield, a 48-unit multifamily complex in Goodyear sold for $1.5M at the end of April. Danny Lee and Neil Sherman represented the seller in the transaction.

Justin Horwitz represented the landlord at Warner Plaza in Gilbert to sell a 1,654 SF office condo to Providential Properties, LLC.

Danny Lee represented the buyer, G Units, LLC out of Colorado to purchase a portfolio of three multifamily complexes located in Phoenix. The portfolio sold for $1,824,000.00 and totaled 76 units.
