Call it an accidental invention or just pure genius! Digsy AI a spin-off of sorts of Digsy! Digsy is the genius of Andrew Bermudez and his co-founder Alex Bloore who are a match made in heaven, as co-founders go!
Andrew and Alex are driven to solving the most painful tasks in commercial real estate and helping brokers to make more money than they can imagine. On top of all of that, their spin-off, Digsy AI was born from customers of Digsy admiring their ability to automate sales processes and disseminate the data that was for internal use in running the Digsy platform.
Because Digsy was about making deals, and they worked with brokers who absolutely hate data-entry they knew that having to ask brokers to report the progress of deals and provide data would be an impossible feat. Therefore, Digsy focused on automating and predicting the process and data-collecting steps that a broker would need to provide Digsy without effort. Well then brokerages who had brokers working with Digsy started noticing sales performance improvements of the brokers working with Digsy across the board. Not only were these brokers closing Digsy deals, but they were performing better on their own deals as well. So naturally, those brokerages who were benefiting from these improvements got real curious. How were they doing it? They approached Andrew to learn more and he showed them had through sales process automation, behind-the-scenes data collection and real-time analytics they could identify what non-performing brokers could do to improve sales. Andrew and his team had taken the insights gained from top brokers, confirmed their effectiveness with them and tested them with non-performing brokers, and guess what? Now all of that sounds super futuristic, but it is not! It is today and it is real. The genius is that everybody and their brother are using some type of CRM and Andrew and Alex will soon be building integrations! In addition, Digsy AI deeply integrates with Office 365, Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Outlook and any other email client you use as well. This integration helps log all communications you have with a prospect, eliminate data entry and not miss important pieces of data that may help identify even better things that a broker can do to close more deals. When I participated in a demo of Digsy AI with Andrew, it was like a clunk on the head to me. I was like, WOW, that is amazing and is a definite need for anybody SERIOUS about making money!
