RealNex’s Mobile App Transforms Where and How Commercial Real Estate Professionals Work

Data on-the-go promises improved time and transaction management.

RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, today announced the launch of the RealNex CORE mobile app. CORE delivers the power of an industry-standard CRM to iOS and Android devices and gives users the ability to collect and retrieve data anytime, anywhere.

The app, which syncs with a user’s Outlook or Gmail account, enables immediate access to existing contacts, emails, and calendar items. Users can then link contacts, properties, projects, companies, and spaces while the app records a history of tasks and events. CORE automatically logs and associates phone calls, emails, notes and completed calendar events to the appropriate contacts and deals. The app’s ability to easily aggregate, capture and utilize information makes pipeline management, securing leads and deals, and completing transactions faster and more efficient.

CORE eases the burden of data collection with innovative tools like Auto Address, which instantly enters the property location, and Auto-complete, which fills in addresses as you type. Integrated voice-to-text facilitates note-taking, and in-app directions grant access to Google maps directly from the app. There is even the ability to incorporate the use of card scanning solutions.
