Orlando-based position continues planned growth strategy
RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, today announced the hiring of Perry Rohan as Vice President of Sales. Based in Orlando, Florida, Perry joins the company’s growing team of regional sales executives. With the most recent release of the integrated end-to-end RealNex solution, which includes CRM, Transaction Management, Financial Analysis, Presentation Generation, Deal Room, Property Listing Marketplace and eMarketing Campaign engine, the company has recently begun to move into a more aggressive sales and marketing phase of growth.
Perry brings to RealNex extensive experience in the CRE technology and software industry through his experience as a real estate broker and his prior experience in the information technology industry. His most recent position was as a Director of Business Development for one of North America’s largest property management companies. During his brokerage tenure Perry sold over $600,000,000 in real estate property to investors and residential users. Perry has a diverse background in technology, business development and client relations.
