Timelines automate the workflow management of any repetitive series of events required to complete a process. Once built, a Timeline template can be launched to direct all team members to what needs to be done and when. Timelines not only program activities, they also provide a powerful management and reporting system to assure all tasks have been administered and results realized. To help clients get started, RealNex CORE CRM comes pre-loaded with a growing library of Timelines, such as transactional workflows for Tenant Rep, Landlord Rep and Investment Sales and business development routines such as Pipeline Building, Post Lease and Post Sale Follow-up. While Timeline templates establish the common framework for any particular workflow, they can be easily and readily customized for each specific project.
As a relational database, any record in CORE CRM can be associated with any other using the Links feature. Links minimizes data redundancy and optimizes operational efficiency. For example, a contact may be a member of any number of companies and those companies may own any number properties. Using Links, you can streamline the data entry on the front end and when you query for targeted properties you can eliminate all the duplicates you would get with a flat file structure. The RealNex Query engine allows users to quickly filter their database to create highly targeted lists of properties and Links present all ownership contacts without redundancy.
While the Query engine and Links can provide target lists for canvassing and follow up routines, users may require different information for each type of lists. For example, an investor list may want to present the size and type of investments desired, while a tenant list would feature lease expiration, rate, building class and address among other fields. With Columns, users can pick any database field they want displayed and the order of display. These formats can then be easily saved and applied to new search results making prospecting and deal making more efficient.
Weblinks incorporates the full power of the internet within your CORE CRM. With the click of a button RealNex CORE CRM users can access any web resource associated to their property and client records. For example, using Weblinks from a property, users can instantly access Tax Records for that address at the Assessor’s office, open a client’s LinkedIn Profile or even find the latest score for the client’s home team. And, like with Timelines we help you get started with a host of pre-built Weblinks. Users can build and add their own links to easily link to any third-party data resources to which they have access.
