NAI Isaac recently assisted in the sublease of 2,884 SF located at 3191 Beaumont Centre in Lexington, KY.  The space has been leased to J. Renders Southern Table, LLC.  J. Renders is well-known for their popular BBQ catering, delivery and food truck operation throughout Central Kentucky.  They plan to open their first brick and mortar location during Spring 2016.  Chad Voelkert, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties assisted the tenant during the lease transaction.

NAI Isaac Completes $17,500,000 Sale of Two Office/Warehouse Developments Totaling Over 400,000 SF in Central, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the sale of two office/warehouse developments with over 400,000 sf located on ±29 acres of land combined.  The properties were sold to private investors.
