Dear Clients, Friends, and the Boone Community,
Wow, where did the time go? About four and a half years ago I started Appalachian Commercial Real Estate. I had a vision of being the very best at what I do each and every day. Presently, it is still just me and that’s ok, I work incredibly hard to make sure that everything gets accomplished day in and day out. Gratefully, I have an extremely understanding and patience spouse (Catharine oxo) who allows me to work until the job gets done.
The great news is that after careful thought and consideration I have decided to move my office. With that said, effective immediately, my new physical address is 149 Jefferson Road, Boone, NC 28607. The office is located in the PeakGroup.Insure building on the second floor. I have known Chuck as a friend for many years (we went to high school together), he has been a client (I represented him when he purchased the building) and now he is my landlord. Full circle, am I right? In all seriousness, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be in his new building. I can already see the potential synergy in motion.
For all my downtown Boonies, I will miss you; however, I am not that far away. I love downtown Boone, it is where I had much success, however, I needed a space that allows me to meet with clients and really hear their goals and objectives. I needed a space that would show the professionalism that my firm brings to the table. That doesn’t mean that I still won’t meet clients wherever they want, however, I feel much more confident in sitting down with clients in this new space and learning more about what they need and how I can solve their commercial real estate problems. As a CCIM designee, I strive to be a part of the team that is needed in order to complete a commercial real estate transaction. As the transaction gets more complex, the more the team grows. Gratefully, I have access to a large conference room that can accommodate healthy discussions with numerous stakeholders.
I will still continue to operate an appointment basis, as you know, real estate especially commercial real estate can change one’s schedule at a moment’s notice. While I am not having a grand opening or big party, I would welcome you to contact me to set a time so that you can come by and I can learn more about your commercial real estate goals and objectives. To allow my firm to be a resource to the questions and concerns you have and to work diligently to provide a solution to the need or problem. All of my other contact information is remaining the same.
To each of you, I appreciate the support you have shown, the encouragement you gave, the prayers you prayed (Mom) and the business that has allowed me to continue to operate over the past four and a half years. The best is yet to come.
