Mobile-based real estate firms Peebles & Cameron and Gleason & Roberds announce they are merging to form NAI Mobile, a local chapter of the internationally managed network of real estate companies, NAI Global.
Principals John Peebles, Allan Cameron, Tommy Gleason, Jay Roberds and David Dexter comprise the independently owned chapter that will enjoy the benefits of being one of NAI Global’s 300 members on five continents. Membership in the association is granted only to those premier real estate companies that share NAI’s core values and code of
ethics to ensure best practices and standards that exemplify consistency in service.
Exceeding expectations of their respective clients has always been the benchmark that has set the two local commercial real estate agencies apart. Now under the NAI moniker, the team is poised to elevate the standard of service along the Gulf Coast by drawing upon a combination of NAI’s resources and the partners’ expertise. Cumulatively the new office brings over 85 years of experience to the local commercial and industrial real estate industry.

For the last decade, Cameron has honed his skills as a specialist in industrial real estate through education, sales volume and upholding ethical standards.
Tommy Gleason, CCIM, was with Gleason & Associates for 13 years before joining with Jay Roberds in 2012 to form their Commercial Real Estate Firm. His CCIM designation comes from expert knowledge in brokerage, leasing, valuation, investment analysis and property management. Tommy has parlayed his expertise into a successful career managing the business needs of many national companies who operate in the Mobile Bay area.

Roberds, II has enjoyed over a decade of experience in regional commercial real estate development, with an emphasis on property management, leasing, land acquisition, build to suits and investment sales.
