It’s long been a staple of CRE to have “Haves and Wants” meetings, in which brokers get together to network and talk about their listings.
Many real estate associations have monthly or periodic meetings where they have marketing sessions like this sitting around a conference table. CRE offices often have in-house marketing meetings where they talk about about their listings and it’s not uncommon for groups of brokers to meet up and do the same.
Introducing Haves and Wants 2.0
While these Haves and Wants meetings are a staple of the CRE industry, nobody has been doing it online to the best of our knowledge. Until QuantumListing.
We are excited to announce the launch of QuantumListing’s Haves and Wants 2.0, in which we’ll be hosting digital Haves and Wants meetings.
We’ve already hosted our first two Haves and Wants 2.0 sessions. The first was for New York State brokers last Tuesday. On Thursday, we had another one for brokers across the country.
What happens during a Haves and Wants 2.0 meeting?
Once you sign up for a Haves and Wants 2.0 meeting (more about how to sign up below), you’ll get the login credentials for the online meeting and link to the replay after the meeting has finished.
In the meeting you’ll be able to introduce yourself and your business, and then talk about the things you’re looking for and your listings. And then once everyone has shared their haves and wants, there’s some time for networking and referrals.
Non-members are also welcome to join the meetings and view your listings. And if you are a QuantumListing member, but haven’t explored our feature set, the Haves and Wants Meetings are an awesome opportunity to learn more about the platform.

We are currently experimenting with different times of day that work best and will be holding specialty sessions for different regions and asset classes like retail, office and industrial.
