Joe’s roots are in the Cedar Rapids metro area – he’s a 1987 graduate from the Kirkwood College architecture program and has been designing homes ever since, earning local, regional and national accolades along the way. He entered the commercial arena in 2005 when Compass Commercial Services and Fusion Architects were developed.

Accountant Chase Nauman comes to Pivot from Midamar Corporation, where he was tasked not only with regular accounting duties but with designing, implementing and maintaining a sophisticated new inventory tracking system.
