PHOENIX, AZ – Ensemble is pleased to announce that Autumn Storm has been promoted to Investment Associate. Previously a Healthcare Brokerage Agent, Storm’s wealth of experience and expertise in brokerage, development and financial analysis supported Ensemble’s leasing, sales and investment teams.
“Working with the Ensemble team has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to continuing to expand my role within the company and grow with the team in this new position,” said Storm. “It’s exciting to collaborate with such a dedicated, forward-thinking company who is focused on creating a better future in real estate, and I’m pleased to continue our working relationship in this exciting new direction.”
Prior to her new appointment, Storm had also taken on a role as an analyst valuing small and large-scale commercial real estate projects and investments. Other work within Ensemble included Storm’s collaborations with public and private entities to analyze market demand to redevelop buildings, downtown areas, and public housing projects. In her five years as a broker, Storm closed an impressively high volume of lease and sale transactions for medical offices.
Storm earned her Master’s in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University before becoming licensed in real estate. She’s also a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
“It has been a pleasure to work with Autumn, and we’re pleased to continue that relationship in her new role, helping us to advance our development in hotels along with other potential real estate investments and acquisitions,” said Randy McGrane, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Ensemble.
In her new role at Ensemble, Storm will collaborate with the Chief Investment Officer of hotels to source and evaluate potential deals, determine market feasibility, and execute potential development and acquisitions opportunities, seeing each project through from beginning to end. While maintaining industry connections to monitor market trends, Storm will also conduct extensive research to track areas of interest, allowing her to source alternative construction strategies and identify emerging trends in hotel and real estate developments.
