Beck Partners’ Broker Associate Scott Jennings helped broker with First Tee of Northwest Florida’s Executive Director, Marty Stanovich, to match the nonprofit’s needs with space availability in Pensacola.
First Tee will renovate the iconic 36-hole course, as well as add a pitch/putt/chip area with sand bunker and convert the facility’s existing batting cage into a golf swing cage. The nonprofit will also convert a building on the 1.4-acre property into offices and classroom spaces, giving the group its first permanent home since its inception in 2003.
