The industry has made such huge strides forward in terms of innovation and technology adoption. Stopping now would be detrimental to industry growth. 

By offering complimentary access to DataQu, how is RealMassive hoping to empower the commercial real estate industry?

What initiatives is RealMassive taking to provide partnerships for existing customers?

All existing customers are being provided complimentary access for the remainder of 2020. RealMassive has offered to refund any subscription fees paid to date and is suspending any future payment for the remainder of the year. Additionally, we have also offered to extend the length of the subscription by 6 months if a user prefers to continue paying through this time period.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Many customers have expressed that it will improve their current financial situation and help them plan for the recovery.

Additionally, we’ve integrated robust feedback tools for our users to provide feedback on what they need to be successful. Every DataQu user will have the ability to request features or data sets directly in the application. They can also vote on recommended enhancements that others provided which ensures that the most impactful items are added to the platform rapidly.
