In business, major transactions usually have a lot more substance than just the crunching of numbers and shaking of hands. They can affect a vast amount of people in different ways; some positively and some negatively.
And as the economic recession has brutally reminded us in recent years, these transactions not only affect people close to the decision-making process, but also those who are far from it.

Well, John Bogdasarian, here at Promanas Group, actually just closed on a commercial real estate transaction that we honestly believe resulted in a WIN-WIN scenario. Heck, we were this close*holding my thumb and index finger centimeters apart* to calling it WIN-WIN-WIN story.
We were really excited about this deal because it allowed a 28-year-old Michigan business to keep its doors open and its workers employed. It has also provided a great opportunity for our investors.
