Connect RPR to ClientLook in 60 seconds
A commercial real estate CRM has tremendous potential, well beyond basic contact management. Its utility has a lot to do with the fact that so many aspects of the CRE business can be assembled into one system. This allows you to manage your scheduling, transactions, marketing, and listings all in one place. A well-designed CRM can be your best ally.
One of the unique features offered by the ClientLook CRM is its seamless integration with a variety of digital tools. You can put your data to use for marketing, financial analysis, market statistics and more by connecting directly to services like MailChimp, Buildout, TheAnalyst PRO and RPR.
It’s easy to connect these outside services to your ClientLook account. In this article you’ll learn how easy it is to connect the REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) service. RPR is a free tool that works seamlessly with ClientLook. Just activate it, and you will see comprehensive data, powerful analytics, and dynamic reports appear in your ClientLook property pages.
Connecting RPR to ClientLook
Connecting RPR to your ClientLook account is simple. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.
- Log in to your ClientLook account, and then click on your name that appears in the upper right corner of the page.
- Choose “Setup” from the dropdown menu that appears. The Setup module will open.
- Choose the “Integrations” tab within the Setup module.
- Scroll down to RPR and click “Connect”.
- Under the product description, click the button marked “Activate RPR features”.
- You’ll see a notification saying that RPR was successfully activated.
Now you can use RPR to generate analyses and reports for any of your ClientLook properties. The options are right there on the property page: location details and demographic analyses, like thematic maps and information on local businesses. RPR includes information from public records as well, which includes information on taxes and mortgages, property ownership, and more.
Benefits of connecting RPR
RPR Commercial is a subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®, and is available for free to any of its members. It’s funded by REALTOR® dues. The platform is not available to consumer or non-REALTOR® commercial real estate professionals.
The property details that RPR generates are extensive and powerful– like the location’s sales history, interior details, and legal descriptions of the property. The service generates reports that can include maps, photographs, and other graphic elements. Users also have access to the location’s demographics, local spending habits, population, age, marital status, etc.
RPR’s analysis features allow you to advise clients on the best place for locating a business, for example. You can refer to extensive information on the people who live in a given area: how they spend their money, what cars they drive, how often they dine out… All of this is extremely valuable to your commercial clients.
Being able to access the wealth of data that RPR presents in a logical and easy to use format is a huge bonus for ClientLook users. The information is all integrated, and you can get from a property page to extensive analysis with a single click. We’re thrilled to be able to have RPR and other great extensions and apps as a part of the ClientLook service.
