If you were listening to the radio in the late 1970’s, Cheap Trick made fans go crazy when they played this song in Budokan, Japan, but as a CRE broker, it is not that easy and Cheap Tricks do not work!
I want you to want me..I need you to need me.
I am writing this article to share information I have found useful building my business and observing what others are doing today online. I am not selling anything and there is a good chance we will never do business together, so please accept this as my gift to you.
If you are struggling to get more clients you may be feeling the same way and asking yourself the same questions.
1) How can I get prospective clients to want, need and love me?
2) Is there a better way without using “cheap tricks” to build a customer base?
3) Could there be an alternative that is much more pleasant than cold-calling?
The answer to these questions is yes, but it still involves hard work that follows a steady plan of giving, without expecting anything in return. If you follow that plan, you will get there eventually!

So what will you give today? If you are not sure where to start ask a question or post a comment below.
I will consider your comment a gift!
