We have added two new team members to our agile team of commercial real estate professionals in Pensacola! These FAST (Fearless, Agile, Smart and Transparent) professionals are proving to be great additions to our growing team. Jessica Long is a recent graduate starting her career in commercial real estate by focusing on tenant representation in the retail industry. Calvin Bell brings his extensive commercial real estate and business development experience to focus on land development in along Northwest Florida.
Jessica Long | Sales Associate
Jessica Long was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate. During her time in Tallahassee, she gained valuable experience working as an intern cold calling and prospecting clients for Front Street Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, she worked as a Director of First Impressions for Keller Williams Realty assisting clients with various aspects of residential real estate. She is also a member of the Real Estate Society, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Habitat for Humanity, Women in Business, and Delta Zeta Sorority.

Calvin Bell | Sales Associate
Calvin Bell brings with him over 30 years of experience in business development and account management in real estate, banking/finance, and software. Calvin recently moved to Pensacola, Florida from Golden, Colorado. He has been in commercial real estate since 2004 and currently holds a broker’s license in both Florida and Georgia. Calvin owned a commercial real estate brokerage in Georgia where he specialized in land deals and multi-track assemblage for buyers, sellers, and national clients. In addition, Calvin has held National Account Manager and Director of Business Development positions with several global companies. Citicorp, BellSouth, and Oracle are just a few. Along with his extensive commercial real estate background, Calvin also provided business development consulting in the areas of marketing, sales, strategic planning and financing. This was primarily to startup, mid-size, and enterprise businesses. He has served and advised a variety of clients including IBM, AT&T, Xerox, Hawaiian Airlines, Toyota, and Deutsche Bank. He is also a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and Florida.
