We already know you are a commercial real estate rockstar, but we want to be super sure you are rocking in how you market yourself and your properties too! Believe it or not, technology is NOT the only part of the equation, you need to use some common sense too!
Here are some non-technical tips in how to be a commercial real estate online marketing rockstar!
1. Target Marketing
Market thoughtfully and to the target market audience you believe will open and click on your offering. DO NOT SPAM people or annoy people. theBrokerList is designed to permit a drilled down query to the right brokers. Use thoughtful subject lines in your email blasts.
2. Accurate Data

Respond to emails, even if you have to create an automated email each day, let people know what to expect. For instance, I am out at showings all day, but will return your call within 48 hours. When people call you, call them back.
