The State of California requires any licensed real estate broker or sales agent to display their license number for the general public’s protection. This requirement references email, so we felt we should mention it as a precaution since many of our profiles are included in email signatures as well! This is not a requirement for all jurisdictions, but we wanted to point out a super simple solution and example of how to add this license number to your profile.
As you can see in the illustration below, Michael Hironimus has proactively added a license number to his profile in the title field. Here is the step by step way to do this:
Steps to add a license to your profile:
1. Click Control Panel.
2. Select Edit Profile Icon.
3. Click into the Title field box.
4. Edit the Title field box with a License number.
