SVN | SouthLand Commercial welcomed two new members to its staff in January. Michael Krueger, our new Marketing Director, and Bryan Morelock, our newest Commercial Real Estate Advisor, join us with a wealth of knowledge in their respective fields
Michael joins SVN | SouthLand Commercial as a recent graduate of the University of West Florida where he earned a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Although young, Michael has already had extensive experience in the field of marketing having interned at some of the most prominent businesses in Pensacola.
Before joining SVN | SouthLand Commercial, Michael worked as a marketing intern with Ballpoint Communications, a local Pensacola marketing agency. During his time at Ballpoint, Michael spent the majority of his time developing creative content across all of Ballpoint’s multimedia platforms. Michael was also a flourishing student at his university, earning the Kenneth L. Curtis Award which is presented to the top student leader annually.
Michael brings a great attitude to the work place as well as leadership capabilities that will help him overcome any obstacle. We here at SVN | SouthLand Commercial welcome him aboard.
Bryan Morelock joins SVN | SouthLand Commercial. Before joining, he worked at Centennial Bank as a Loan Officer, where he worked with clients to evaluate customers credit worthiness and financial eligibility to facilitate quality loans. During his prior employment at Sperry Van Ness | SouthLand Commercial Real Estate he honed in his skills of dealing with investment opportunities gaining a great reputation with his clients. Bryan also has vast experience with property management from working with Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals as a property manager.
Bryan was born Pensacola and grew up around the area where he went on to earn a B.A.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama. Outside of working at SVN | Southland Commercial, Bryan enjoys being a Board Member to Northeast Pensacola Sertoma (a civic engagement club short for Service to Mankind) and a Chairman to the Pensacola Dragon Boat Festival.
