But what if you could post that listing—instantly, at no charge—on the website of the biggest community organization in your region?
Now you can.
One click, maximum exposure.
Clicking one little box at the bottom of the “Add Your Own Have” page (see screen shot) will automatically add your listing to one of these four regional websites, based on your geographic location:
- The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce
- Choose DuPage
- The South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association
- The Southwest Conference of Mayors
Your listings will appear on Property Indexes built and maintained on the websites by our partner, Chicago-based technology company BrokerSavant.
What’s a Property Index? It’s a streamlined, data-rich property inventory designed to be sortable, searchable and irresistible to site selectors. Many top commercial real estate brokerages have Property Indexes seamlessly integrated with their websites—along with chambers of commerce and economic development groups nationwide.
The Chicagoland Chamber’s Property Index, in fact, is the largest public-facing property inventory ever built, with almost 1400 listings.
The multiplier effect.
“The Chicagoland Chamber alone serves six counties, 282 municipalities and almost 10 million people,” says BrokerSavant Founder and CEO Clay Rankin. “And DuPage County is one of the hottest growth centers in the country. These are communities where you want your listings to be seen.”
I’m sure you understand the benefits of free exposure for your available properties. But consider the multiplier effect—when your listing helps attract a new business to a community, it boosts the area’s economic health and makes other properties more valuable.
Royce Bialon, a broker with Latitude Commercial in Schererville, Indiana, has already added a cross-border listing automatically to the SSMMA Property Index. He says, “It’s a wonderful tool—I can just click the button at the bottom of the ‘Have’ page, instead of going through the SSMMA site. It saves me time, and I’m reaching the community I need to reach.”
Bottom line: This is a fast, easy and no-cost way for you to promote business in your community, while generating huge additional exposure for your listings.
How to get your listings on community websites.
It really couldn’t be simpler.

- Click the box at the bottom that says Add your Have to your community or association website.
- Look for an email confirming that your listing has been added to a community website.
- Return to step 1 and do it again!
Right now, this feature is only available to Illinois members. But if there’s a community organization or a chamber of commerce where you’d like to see your listings appear, let us know.
